WTA rankings: Sasnovich out of Top 100, Sabalenka, Azarenka keep their spots

MINSK, 13 August (BelTA) – Aliaksandra Sasnovich of Belarus has moved out of Top 100 in the recently published WTA rankings, BelTA has learned.

Last week the Belarusian was 98th. Now she goes 101st. Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus remained third, but reduced the gap with second-placed Coco Gauff to 267 points. Victoria Azarenka of Belarus goes 19th. This week Aryna Sabalenka and Victoria Azarenka will play  at the Cincinnati Open.

WTA Top Ten:

1. Iga Swiatek (Poland) – 11,655 points;
2. Coco Gauff (USA) – 7,633;
3. Aryna Sabalenka (Belarus) – 7,366;
4. Elena Rybakina (Kazakhstan) – 6,026;
5. Jasmine Paolini (Italy) – 5,298;
6. Jessica Pegula (USA) – 4,615;
7. Qinwen Zheng (China) – 3,975;
8. Maria Sakkari (Greece) – 3,621; 
9. Barbora Krejcikova (Czech Republic) – 3,573;
10. Danielle Collins (USA) – 3,483.

Jannik Sinner of Italy tops the ATP rankings, with Novak Djokovic of Serbia in the second position. Third is Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz. Egor Gerasimov of Belarus is 259th.
