Turkmenistan to host Days of Belarusian Culture in January
MINSK, 9 January (BelTA) – The Days of Culture, the Days of Cinema and the Days of Poetry of Belarus will be held in Turkmenistan on 24-26 January, BelTA learned from the Culture Ministry of Belarus.
The program will include the performance of the Syabry band, the State Academic Dance Ensemble of Belarus, Kupalinka folk band, Belarus 2017 exhibition from BelTA News Agency, the screening of films in the Cinema House. The Days of Poetry will invite to meetings with writers and poets of Belarus and Turkmenistan. A joint gala concert will be held at the State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan.
The Belarusian delegation is expected to hold talks with Turkmenistan Culture Minister Atagely Shamuradov to discuss cooperation in culture.
The Days of Culture, the Days of Cinema and the Days of Poetry of Belarus in Turkmenistan will mark 25 years of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Turkmenistan.
