MINSK, 7 December (BelTA) – Belarus claimed three more gold medals on the fifth day of the World Para Swimming Championships in Mexico City, BelTA has learned.
Igor Boki clinched his sixth champion title at the tournament. The Belarusian touched in first in the men’s 200m medley SM13 in 2:07.50. Vladimir Izotov won gold in the men’s 100m breaststroke SB12 in 1:07.32. Grigory Zudilov claimed gold in the men’s 200m medley SM11 in 2:39.34.
The Belarusian team is currently fifth in the medal table with 17 (ten gold, six silver and one bronze) medals. China tops with 46 medals.
