MINSK, 20 July (BelTA) - Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich (world’s No. 35) bagged the second victory at the Hamburg European Open, BelTA reports.
Today the Belarusian defeated Serbia’s Aleksandra Krunic (75) 6-3, 6-2 in 1 hour 15 minutes. In the quarterfinals, Aliaksandra Sasnovich will take on the winner of the match between Belgium’s Maryna Zanevska (72) and Alexandra Cadanțu-Ignatik of Romania (172).
At the start of the tournament, Aliaksandra Sasnovich beat Germany’s Nastasja-Mariana Schunk (146) in two sets 6-1, 6-4.
