MINSK, 18 February (BelTA) – Russian Kirill Streltsov won the 12.5km youth men’s Individual event at the ongoing 2015 IBU Youth/Junior World Championships at the National Winter Olympic Center Raubichi on 18 February, BelTA has learned.

Despite two penalties the Russian athlete celebrated the victory in 35:04.8. Clean-shooting Anders Emil Schiellerup of Denmark came in second, 4.7 seconds back. Third was Russian Igor Shetko, 15.6 seconds back, with two penalties.

Roman Shinkevich of Belarus crossed the finish line 8^th, 1:05.4 back, with three penalties. Roman Shinkevich’s teammate Pavel Poplavsky missed three targets to finish 23^rd (3:06.6 back). Vadim Radyuk of Belarus was 30^th (3:55.9 back; five penalties), Igor Karlyuk 51^st (6:35.7; 7).
