BREST, 4 April (BelTA) – The Polesie Drama Theater will take part in the 6^th international theater festival The Ark of Smolensk, which will run through 10-17 April, BelTA learned from art director of the theater Alexander Lukashenko.

The Polesie Drama Theater will present a Very Simple Story (writer Maria Lado) at the Griboedov Smolensk State Drama Theater on 13 April.

The Polesie Drama Theater will take part in the festival, which is held once in two years, will be for the third time.

This year the festival in Smolensk will feature theater companies from Russia, Kazakhstan, Sweden, and Poland. Apart from the Polesie Drama Theater, Belarus will be represented by the Mogilev State Regional Drama and Comedy Theater of V. I. Dunin-Martsinkevich, Minsk Oblast Drama Theater, Grodno Oblast Drama Theater, and the Drama Theater of the Belarusian Army.
