The five countries that sent the most tourists to MTZ in 2017 were Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Germany, and Spain.
Some 2,600 Belarusians from 71 populated centers visited MTZ in 2017. Most of them were aged from 13 to 18.
Forty-three visitors from seven countries took advantage of the service “Assemble a Tractor”.
MTZ’s factory tourism program started on 16 January 2017, when the company organized a tour for a student group from the Faculty of Investigators of the Interior Ministry’s Academy. The visitors got familiarized with the tractor manufacturing process and learned more about the company’s history.
The high demand for tours prompted MTZ to offer additional services for tourists. For instance, as from May 2017 the company gives the guests an opportunity to test the most powerful mass-produced tractor, BELARUS-3522, and assemble a tractor with the help of local specialists.
