MINSK, 5 July (BelTA) – The International Symposium on Euro-Asian Biodiversity at Belarusian State University (BSU) will bring together more than 400 scientists from 5 to 8 July, BelTA learned from the BSU press service.
The list of participants includes scientists from the CIS member states, Turkey, Greece, Canada, Romania, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
The event is designed to provide a forum for exchanging knowledge and discussing fundamental and applied aspects of research in biochemical and genetic diversity of life. The biologists and environmentalists will consider matters related to the use of biological resources in innovative solutions and medicine.
The program of the forum includes thematic lectures and presentations on key aspects of biodiversity studies. The research papers to be presented at the symposium will be subsequently published in a collection.
The forum is organized by Belarusian State University and Turkey’s Pamukkale University.
