MINSK, 20 May (BelTA) – The provision on the order of visiting Belovezhskaya Pushcha by foreign tourists has been approved in Belarus. Corresponding Council of Ministers’ resolution No. 414 of 15 May 2015 “On visiting the Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park by foreign nationals” was published at the National Legal Internet Portal on 20 May, BelTA has learned.
The provision determines the order of visiting Belovezhskaya Pushcha by foreign tourists for a period of up to three days. Thus, foreigners can stay on the territory of the park using a valid passport or other document permitting trips abroad issued by a corresponding government authority or an international organization, a document permitting visits to the national park. A sample of the latter is available at the website of the Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park.
Tourists can move along the park’s bike, walking and other tourist routes.
The resolution also specifies samples of documents that must be provided to organize group and individual tours to the Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park via the Pererov (Bialowieza) border checkpoint.
