KIEV, 11 May (BelTA) – The Belarusian entry NaviBand will perform in the second semifinal of the 62nd international song contest Eurovision in the Ukrainian capital on 11 May 2017, BelTA has learned.
Eighteen countries will compete in the second semifinal, with Belarus taking to the stage 14th.
The semifinalists will perform in the following order:
1. Serbia;
2. Austria;
3. Macedonia;
4. Malta;
5. Romania;
6. the Netherlands;
7. Hungary;
8. Denmark;
9. Ireland;
10. San Marino;
11. Croatia;
12. Norway;
13. Switzerland;
14. Belarus;
15. Bulgaria;
16. Lithuania;
17. Estonia;
18. Israel.
The Belarusian band will perform the Belarusian-language song Historyja Maiho Zyccia (Story of My Life).
The Eurovision Song Contest 2017 is taking place in Kiev on 9-13 May. The first semifinal was held on 9 May. The second semifinal is scheduled for 11 May, with the grand finale slated for 13 May.
The semifinals and the grand finale are traditionally broadcast live the TV channels of the Belarusian Television and Radio Company: Belarus One and Belarus 24.
