MINSK, 7 September (BelTA) – Belarusian long jumper Nastassia Mironchyk-Ivanova set the season’s world best result at the tournament in Austria, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian National Olympic Committee.
The Belarusian reached 6.94m in her best attempt. She graced the podium together with Ukraine’s Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk (6.82m) and Slovenia’s Neja Filipic (6.52m).
Earlier, Nastassia Mironchyk-Ivanova won the event in Marseilles with 6.66m.
The Belarusian will next compete at the international competitions in Germany’s Dessau-Rosslau on 8 September and Slovakia’s Samorin on 11 September.
