MINSK, 25 May (BelTA) – The Korean film festival will be held in Pioner Cinema House in Minsk on 26-28 May, BelTA learned from the Kinovideoprokat Company of the Minsk City Hall.
The festival will feature the screening of five films. The cinema forum will open with the family melodrama Jang-su Sahng-hoe about the first love that may happen at any age. The horror film The Host will tell a story about Han Gang River. The criminal comedy Thieves will picture a story of a bank robbery. Minskers will also be invited to see a film about the life of a senior high school student and a drama about a father’s love to his sick daughter.
The event is organized by the Korean embassy in Belarus and will mark 25 years of the diplomatic relations between the two countries. The films will be screened with the Russian subtitles, except for Jang-su Sahng-hoe that was translated into Belarusian.
