MINSK, 10 October (BelTA) - Kastrycnicky Ekanamicny Forum (KEF 2018) will take place in Minsk on 5-6 November, Alexander Chubrik, director of the Research Center of the Institute for Privatization and Management, told the media on 10 October, BelTA has learned.
The conference is entitled Belarus in a Brave New World. According to the director of the center, this year the conference will include a number of novelties. The forum will take place at Double Tree by Hilton Minsk.
The conference will be divided into two parts, with each to comprise three panel sessions. Foreign trade will be one of the key themes on day one. Participants will discuss risks in macroeconomics on day two. “Taking part in the discussions will be representatives of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank,” Alexander Chubrik said. The director of the center expressed the hope that the forum will be attended by Belarus’ Finance Minister Maksim Yermolovich.
