MINSK, 7 September (BelTA) - The international volleyball tournament dedicated to Minsk City Day will bring together teams from Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan on 7 September, BelTA has learned.
The games will be held in Chizhovka Arena on 7-9 September. Minchanka MINSK will compete with the Russian Sakhalin, Kaliningrad Lokomotiv and Pavlodar Irtysh from Kazakhstan.
In the spring of 2017, Minchanka MINSK made it to the final of the CEV Volleyball Cup, having achieved one of the most significant results in the national volleyball history. In the new club season it will take part in the Russian Cup (the trophy preliminary stage will begin in Cherepovets in Russia on 25 September), the Russian Women's Volleyball Super League and the CEV Champions League (the group stage).
