MINSK, 6 September (BelTA) – The Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum will take place in Minsk on 23 September, BelTA learnt from the organizers of the event.
The forum will discuss the interpretation of international conventions by courts of various countries, legal proceedings, enforcement of court decisions and reforms in arbitration.
It is expected that the forum will be attended by more than 200 people. The key speakers will be the leading European lawyers, representatives of the largest law firms.
The forum will be held with the support of the leading law firms of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, the Baltic states, and also the Moscow Arbitration Association, the Ukrainian Arbitration Association and the Association of International Law and Arbitration.
