MINSK, 12 November (BelTA) – The fifth Belarusian-Chinese Youth Innovation Forum New Horizons 2018 will be held in the BNTU science and technology park Polytechnic on 15-16 November, BelTA learned from the University.
The program envisages seminars-presentations of youth science, technology and innovation ideas and projects and also scientific sections devoted to IT, instrument engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, sports engineering, intercultural communications of Belarus and China.
The participants will visit the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone to explore the possibilities of this unique platform for international high-tech cooperation.
New Horizons has been held since 2014 at universities, scientific organizations and innovative infrastructure of Minsk and Shenyang (with online broadcasting). The forum promotes cooperation between students and youth scientists of Belarus and China in developing and commercializing the results of research, and serves for mutual enrichment of national cultures and strengthening of friendship.
Every year the forum is attended by more than 200 people. The event is held in cooperation with the government bodies of Belarus and China.
