Minsk launches National Football Stadium construction project

MINSK, 8 June (BelTA) – Minsk is beginning to prepare the construction site for the National Football Stadium and the swimming pool compliant with international standards. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed corresponding decree No. 224, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.

2018-2019 will see real estate demolished, engineering networks and structures pulled down or reconstructed and constructed in the area of Vaneeva Street and Kalvariyskaya Street.

Site planning and design will be in compliance with the general layout of Minsk.
