MINSK, 7 June (BelTA) – The Moscow-Belarusian Forum of Business Cooperation will take place in Minsk on 7 June, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Minsk City Hall.
The event will be held at the cultural and business center House of Moscow in Minsk as part of the Moscow Days in the Belarusian capital. Attending the official opening ceremony of the forum will be Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin and Minsk Mayor Andrei Shorets.
The forum is organized by the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow and the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The program will include a number of sessions. The session E-Procurement System will discuss the development trends of public and corporate procurement in Moscow, the experience in organizing and running tenders in the Russian capital and prospects for cooperation with the business community of Belarus in the sector. The participants of the session Innovative and Scientific Solutions in the Production Sector. Energy Saving and IT Technologies in a Big City will be able to share experience in developing and introducing energy-saving technologies, including in the housing stock, the utilities system and energy.
The Moscow Days are underway in Minsk on 6-8 June. The event is organized by the Department for External Economic and International Relations of the Russian capital. The program of the Days is eventful. On 8 June in the House of Moscow in Minsk USSR People’s Artist Vasily Lanovoi and actors of the Moscow theaters will present the Immortal Regiment project. The Moscow Records Office will demonstrate its historical and documentary exhibition to mark the Day of Memory and Grief – the 75th anniversary of the start of the Great Patriotic War. A book exhibition about Moscow will include the best samples of Moscow’s publishing houses. The program will also offer the photo exhibition My Moscow. Moscow Days in Minsk will feature ice hockey friendlies between youth teams of Moscow and Minsk, and also cultural events.
