MINSK, 1 November (BelTA) – The 8th edition of the international exhibition Man and Security will take place in Minsk on 1-3 November, BelTA learned from Expoforum.
“The demonstration area has been considerably expanded this year. The exhibition will feature an eventful business program. Seminars will discuss current security issues. Roundtable sessions will gather experts and scientists,” organizers of the exhibition noted.
The 8th international exhibition Man and Security will gather over 60 companies from Belarus, Russia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and other countries in the Minsk Football Manege. The program of the forum will include the 7th international workshop conference "Emergencies: Prevention and Response" initiated by the Belarusian Emergencies Ministry. The conference will mark the 60th anniversary of Belarus’ first scientific subdivision on emergency and fire prevention and response. Scientists, workers of the Emergencies Ministry, heads of subdivisions and other stakeholders will consider scientific and technical achievements in the protection against fire, accidents, natural and manmade disasters, and also the issues related to the emergency prevention and risk assessment.
The expo will also showcase the latest rescue aids and technology in fire protection, emergency prevention and response, first-rate armament and combat equipment, robotic, military, special and dual-purpose systems. Law enforcement, prevention of crime and anti-terrorism efforts will also make part of the exposition.
