MINSK, 18 February (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated Belarusian biathlete Darya Domracheva on winning a silver medal at the Olympic Games in PyeongChang, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“Dear Darya, we have been rooting for you so much and hoped for a good performance at the biathlon track in PyeongChang. By displaying extraordinary psychological strength, you have performed very well in the mass start race and won a silver medal at the Olympics,” the message of greetings reads.

“Thank you for this victory. I am convinced that our girls can also show good results in the relay. Good luck!” the president said.
