Laskevich into ITF main draw in Dubai

MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – Evialina Laskevich of Belarus has reached the ITF United Arab Emirates main draw, BelTA has learned.

Belarus’ world number 347 beat Kazakhstan’s world number 332 Zhibek Kulambayeva, 7-5, 6-7 (4-7), 6-1 in the decisive round. Earlier the Belarusian saw of Poland’s world number 648 Marcelina Podlinska, 6-1, 7-6 (7-3). Belarus’ Yuliya Hatouka, world number 514, will face World No.234 YeXin Ma of China in the round of Last 32.

The tournament in the UAE will be over on 8 December.
