MINSK, 2 August (BelTA) – A Korean culture festival will take place in Minsk’s Upper City on 19 August, representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Belarus told BelTA.
The music band Arirang will perform as part of the program. Traditional Korean dancing and percussion instrument playing will take place. Belarusian K-pop music bands are expected to perform cover dances inspired by Korean hit songs. Taekwondo teams will demonstrate their skills before Belarusian spectators.
Visitors will be able to learn more about calligraphy, play Korean games, take a photo wearing traditional Korean clothes, and sample Korean cuisine. A special stand with water makeup will be opened for kids.
The Korean culture festival will take place in the Upper City, Minsk at 13:00-17:00. Admittance is free.
