Kattie from Belarus wins The X Factor in Latvia

MINSK, 17 December (BelTA) – Belarusian singer Kattie has won X Faktors, the Latvian version of The X Factor show in Riga, the SB. Belarus Segodnya newspaper informs.

The Belarusian contestant was voted the best by the audience. She was ahead of the Baritoni quartet who landed the second and the Radio Trio group who finished third. In the final round the Belarusian singer performed Shania Twain’s From This Moment On. Before that she performed in a duo with Arturs Gruzdins.

She was the first Belarusian performer to win The X Factor contest. She got €10,000 in prize money and an exclusive contract with the Sony Music record company.
