MINSK, 26 March (BelTA) – IVAN, the representative of Belarus in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, will sing at a Eurovision pre-party concert in Moscow, BelTA learned from the Viktor Drobysh production center.

Moscow will host the annual Eurovision pre-party on 3 April. At least ten Eurovision participants will attend the event. IVAN will perform his song Help You Fly more than a month ahead of the contest to be held in Stockholm.

Moscow will be the third city after Amsterdam and London to host a large-scale official Eurovision pre-party. Apart from Belarus’ IVAN and Russia’s Sergei Lazarev, the gala will feature the Eurovision representatives from Albania, Switzerland, Macedonia, Armenia, Cyprus, Spain, Malta, Israel, and Azerbaijan.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2016 will be held in Stockholm on 10, 12 and 14 May. This year’s edition of the contest will feature a record number of participating countries - 43. Belarus will perform in the second semi-final on 12 May.
