MINSK, 18 November (BelTA) – The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB) will host the Youth in Science 2016 international conference from 22 to 25 November, BelTA learned from the NASB press service.
The forum will bring together over 300 young scientists, graduate and undergraduate university students, and school students from different parts of Belarus and also young researchers from five countries, namely Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and France.
The forum participants will deliver around 350 reports and work in 16 sections in nine areas: Agrarian Sciences; Biological Sciences; Humanitarian Sciences and Arts; Physics, Mathematics and Informatics; Physical and Engineering Sciences; Chemistry and Earth Sciences. The forum will feature a roundtable on international cooperation in science and technology among young researchers.
The latest projects and findings by young scientists will be showcased as part of an exhibition to be held as a selection round for the final of the 100 Ideas for Belarus competition.
