MINSK, 5 September (BelTA) – The Belarusian National History Museum and the National Museum of Romanian History have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The signing ceremony took place in Romania on 4 September, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in Romania.
“The memorandum of cooperation is the first agreement of the kind concluded between the museums of the two countries. The document envisages cooperation between the two parties in organizing joint exhibitions, archeological research, and an exchange of experience,” the embassy said.
Minister of Culture and National Identity of Romania Lucian Romascanu and Belarus’ Ambassador Andrei Grinkevich attended the event as special guests. They discussed further development of the Belarusian-Romanian cooperation in the area of culture.
