MINSK, 4 November (BelTA) – Helena Meraai, Belarus’ entry in the Eurovision Junior Contest 2017, will take part in the Days of Belarusian Culture in Georgia, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian TV and Radio Company.
Less than a month is left before the prestigious European song contest opens in Tbilisi on 26 November.
Preparation of the artist to the contest is going well. Helena’s every day of Helena is scheduled: rehearsals, consultation with a phoniatrist, English language lessons, participation in concerts.
On 14 November, Helena Meraai together with well-known Belarusian artists and music groups will travel to Tbilisi to take part in the Days of Belarusian Culture in Georgia Helena will perform her Eurovision song “Ya samaya” (I am the most).
The official Belarusian delegation whose is in charge of the staging of the Belarusian act and Helena’s participation in all activities of the Euroweek, will arrive in Tbilisi on 19 November. Traditionally, the Belarusian team will bring promo goods: colorful booklets, CDs, postcards, posters and calendars.
The opening ceremony of the prestigious music contest, which this year will bring together young artists from 16 countries, will take place on 20 November. The draw of participants will be held on the same day.
