Health industry expo in Gomel brings together 60 exhibitors from Belarus, Russia

GOMEL, 7 April (BelTA) – Gomel is hosting the 12th interregional fair Health. Strength. Beauty from 7 to 10 April. The expo has gathered representatives of 60 Belarusian and Russian companies, BelTA learned from Mikhail Zhitnikov, the head of the exhibition department at the Gomel Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).  

The fair is traditionally held at the Dinamo track and field indoor center. It showcases equipment for treatment, aftercare and health improvement, sports equipment and outfits, training equipment, and other items.

The program of the expo features presentations of products and services and all kinds of seminars. Visitors will have a chance to get free chest X-rays and to consult experienced doctors, to visit spa centers and beauty parlors, and to take part in tastings of healthy food products.

The expo is held as part of the annual regional information campaign Gomel Region for a Healthy Lifestyle organized by the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee, the Gomel Regional Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health jointly with the Gomel Office of the BCCI. The expo is aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle.
