VITEBSK, 19 May (BelTA) – Handicraft, ritual, doll, theatrical and other folk traditions will be displayed at the Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk by masters from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Slovakia, BelTA learnt from the Vitebsk Oblast Arts and Crafts Center.
The street program of the festival will include a demonstration of a wide range of arts and crafts, performances by actors, ensembles and musicians at a number of the venues in the city center. The traditional arts and crafts fair The Town of Craftsmen will be held in Pushkina Street.
Svobody Square will offer daily performances and presentations: the presentation of brands Colorful Vitebsk, a national towel event, a music festival, a doll and toy making competition Zabava 2015.
The street art fest Windswept will comprise street performances and theatrical processions.
