Grodno to host final events of Festival of National Cultures in summer of 2022

MINSK, 31 May (BelTA) – The final events of the 13th edition of the Festival of National Cultures in Grodno will be held in the summer of 2022, BelTA learned from the culture department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee.

The Festival of National Cultures has become one of Grodno’s brands. The first edition of the biennial festival was held in 1996. Grodno was to host the final events of the 13th edition of the festival in June 2020, but they were postponed due to the epidemiological situation. The dates of the final events have been unveiled now.

“We are happy to announce that our traditional festival will kick off in Minsk on 27 June. Regional events of the festival will be running till the end of 2021, and, after getting to know the new participants of the festival, we will happily welcome them in Grodno in the summer of 2022,” the culture department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee noted.

The organizers have assured that the festival in Grodno will be interesting and memorable.
