GRODNO, 11 May (BelTA) – Grodno will hold Korean Culture Days on 14 and 15 May, BelTA learned from the department for ideology, culture, and youth affairs at the Grodno City Hall.

The program of Korean Culture Days in Grodno features a number of events organized on the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Belarus. Day of Korean Cinema will be the highlight of the celebrations. The Krasnaya Zvezda movie house will screen several popular films by Korean directors, such as the action comedy The Apprehenders, historical drama The Face Reader, and romance film Architecture 101, on 14 May.

The program also includes a concert with the participation of folk dance groups of the Korean community.

Attending the celebrations will be Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Belarus Yang Jung Mo. He will give a lecture on the culture and traditions of his country at the Yanka Kupala Grodno State University on 15 May.
