MINSK, 19 February (BelTA) – French Aristide Begue won a gold medal in the 15km Individual Junior with four shooting bouts at the 2015 IBU Youth/Junior World Championships at the Raubichi sports complex. The leader of the Belarusian team Viktor Krivko was among the leaders throughout the race but still was unable to stay in the top three finishing 6th, BelTA has learned.

Russia’s Alexander Dedyukhiin came in second, 3.8 seconds behind the winning time of 39.12 minutes. The bronze medal went to Norway’s Vemund Gurigard (1:27.1 back).

On Friday, 20 February, the program includes 6km Sprint Youth Women and 7.5km Sprint Youth Men. The start times are 10.00 and 13.30 respectively.
