Elvira Herman 6th at 2019 IAAF Diamond League opener in Doha

MINSK, 4 May (BelTA) – Belarus’ Elvira Herman finished 6th in the 100m Hurdles at the 2019 IAAF Diamond League opener in Doha, Qatar, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian clocked 12.88 seconds. Danielle Williams from Jamaica won the event in 12.66 seconds. Silver went to Tobi Amusan from Nigeria (12.73 seconds). Sharika Nelvis from the United States (12.78 seconds) collected bronze.

The 2019 IAAF Diamond League will include 14 meetings. The final one is scheduled to take place in Brussels on 6 September.
