MINSK, 28 December (BelTA) – The art exhibition Dreams about France will be on display in Minsk from 18 January till 10 February, BelTA has learned from the Embassy of France in Minsk.
The exhibition will feature works of 24 Belarusian artists in different genres: painting, sculpture, photograph, ceramics, textile. All the works will be dedicated to France. The project is run by the international public organization The Union of Craftsmen Peacemakers with the support of the French Embassy in Minsk.
The project also includes an educational program with workshops and excursions. The exhibition will be held in the Vysokoye Mesto art parlor.
The French diplomatic mission pointed out the importance of developing cultural cooperation with Belarus. A lot of events were held in 2018 to introduce Belarusians to the culture of France. As many cultural events will be held in 2019.
