MINSK, 12 May (BelTA) – Days of Belarusian Culture will be held in Cambodia from 20 to 23 May and in Vietnam from 23 to 28 May, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Culture Ministry.

The program of the Culture Days features performances by the State Dance Ensemble of Belarus and Honored Artist of Belarus, soloist of the Youth Variety Theater Viktoria Aleshko. It also includes the exhibition Belarus and Belarusians arranged by the National History Museum, and another exhibition by artist Vasily Yasyuk who will hold workshops for university students.

The Belarusian delegation will be led by Deputy Culture Minister Vasily Chernik. The official will visit Phnom Penh and Hanoi to meet with representatives of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam. The parties will discuss matters related to the cooperation between museums, libraries, and educational institutions in the field of culture and art, and the organization of tours of theaters.

Plans have been made to hold Days of Vietnamese Culture in Belarus in 2018.
