MINSK, 12 June (BelTA) – Belarus’ BRSM Youth Union and the All-China Youth Federation are developing interregional cooperation, BelTA learned from coordinator of international youth cooperation of the Central Committee of the BRSM Youth Union Olesya Sazankova.
“On 13 June the National Youth Center will be visited by representatives of the All-China Youth Federation from Jiangsu Province. The BRSM Youth Union will showcase their image-making projects and the main activities. The visit is organized to promote regional youth exchanges and cooperation. The first Chinese-Belarusian Youth Forum will take part in October,” Olesya Sazankova said.
Representatives of the All-China Youth Federation of Jiangsu Province are in Minsk for the first time and will stay in Belarus for three days.
The cooperation agreement between the Belarusian BRSM Youth Union and the All-China Youth Federation was signed in 2011 to promote friendly ties, to exchange information in the field of youth policy and youth work in the two countries, exchange delegations, implement projects, develop patriotic volunteer movement and youth entrepreneurship. The Belarusian BRSM Youth Union and the All-China Youth Federation also cooperate within the framework of the Youth Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS.
