MINSK, 29 October (BelTA) – During the meeting with the Belarusian president, activists of the BRSM Youth Union suggested awarding the status of Belarus’ historical and cultural heritage to the Palace of Independence, BelTA has learned.

The head of state did not rule this possibility out. “We will do it without haste. There are certain procedures, and if this idea gets support, I will agree,” Alexander Lukashenko said.
