MINSK, 9 November (BelTA) – Belarusian tennis players will take part in two big international tournaments this week, BelTA has learned.
On 9 November, in the Linz Open round of Last 32 in Austria Belarusian world number 92 Aleksandra Sasnovich will face U.S. world number 61 Bernarda Pera. On 10 November, Belarusian world number 11 Aryna Sabalenka will take on Italy’s world number 94 Jasmine Paolini.
Belarus’ world number 81 Egor Gerasimov will open its ATP Sofia Open campaign against Serbia’s world number 194 Viktor Troicki. In the doubles opener the Belarusian-Israeli tandem of Andrei Vasilevsky and Jonathan Erlich will play the Monaco-France duo of Hugo Nys and Fabrice Martin.
The tournament in Linz will be over on 14 November, the one in Sofia — in 15 November.
