MINSK, 23 June (BelTA) – The Belarusian State Academic Symphony Orchestra conducted by Alexander Anisimov has been invited to accompany the participants of the prestigious International Tchaikovsky Competition for Young Musicians, BelTA learnt from the Information and PR Department of the Belarusian State Philharmonics.
The biggest competition for musicians under 17 years old includes piano, violin and cello parts. The contest comprises three rounds. The auditioning is held in public. In the first and second violin and cello rounds the participants are accompanied by a piano. The third round is accompanied by the symphony orchestra.
This prestigious music competition will take place in Novosibirsk on 5-15 December.
The competition is organized by the Ministry of Culture of Novosibirsk Oblast, the association of prize-winners of the International Tchaikovsky Competition, the Interstate Development Corporation.
