MINSK, 29 April (BelTA) – The Belarusian State Philharmonic has made it to the top three philharmonics in the CIS, BelTA learned from the analytics agency TurStat.
The top three includes the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic, the Shostakovich Saint Petersburg Academic Philharmonia, and the Belarusian State Philharmonic.
The top then also features the Kazakh State Philharmonic Named After Zhambyl, the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev, the State Philharmonic of Armenia, the State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan, the Kyrgyz National Philharmonic named after Toktogul Satylganov, the National Philharmonic named after Sergey Lunkevich in Kishinev, and the State Philharmonic Society named after Akasharif Jourayev in Dushanbe.
The ranking is based on the analysis of popularity as well as streams of concerts on offer on websites and social network accounts of philharmonics.
