MINSK, 25 January (BelTA) – The Belarusian open break dance competitions NBC 2016 will take place in Minsk on 29-30 January and will gather nearly 400 dancers, BelTA learnt from head of the break dance house Hunters and the youth street culture and sport center ProKach Alexander Voinov.
Partaking in the dance battles will be street dancers from Belarus, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Uzbekistan. The panel of judges will name the winners in three nominations Solo Children under 12, Solo Pro, and Teams 8-on-8. The winners will get the right to represent their country at the international final in Marseilles, France on 5 March.
The qualifying for the world championships will be held in BC Tsmoki Minsk sport center.
The event will be held under the auspices of the Minsk City Hall, the Belarusian National Olympic Committee, the administration of the Partizansky District of Minsk.
