Belarusian anti-aircraft gunners 2nd at Army Games 2017

MINSK, 11 August (BelTA) - Belarusian anti-aircraft gunners placed second at the international contest Clear Sky held as part of the International Army Games 2017, BelTA learned from the press service of the Defense Ministry of Belarus.

The contest was held at the Korla range in the Takla-Makan desert, China. The tactical air defense team of the Armed Forces of Belarus finished second behind China.

Only two direct hits of moving air targets were produced during the contest. These were Belarusian and Chinese teams. Both teams also had no penalties in rocket launching from portable air defense systems.
