MINSK, 13 August (BelTA) - New Belarusian books will go on show at the 25^th Beijing International Book Fair on 22-26 August, BelTA learned from the Information Ministry.

The exposition will feature the novelties of fiction, educational and scientific literature from the Belarusian book publishing houses such as Mastatskaya Litaratura, Belarus, Petrus Brovka Belarusian Encyclopaedia, Narodnaya Asveta, Vysheishaya Shkola, and others. Book publishers will also take part in a specialized forum and hold working meetings.

Belarus and China have been developing relations between professional organizations and associations in book publishing, typography and distribution of printed products as part of the program on comprehensive strategic partnership for 2014-2018. Besides, the two states are implementing the memorandum of cooperation between the Information Ministry of Belarus and China’s State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television on the project in the translation and publication of Chinese and Belarusian classical literary works in 2015-2020.
