MINSK, 25 May (BelTA) – Belarus’ large-scale national exhibition will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia on 1-4 September, BelTA learnt from the Belinterexpo exhibition company of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Partaking in the exhibition will be Belarus’ leading companies-exporters of products, goods and services representing sectors such as mechanical engineering and industrial equipment, agriculture and food products, petrochemistry, woodworking and building materials, light industry, healthcare, sport and tourism, transport and logistics, education, IT and telecommunications, consumer goods.
The national exhibition will be Belarus’ biggest exhibition event abroad in 2016 and one of the main exhibitions of the year in Georgia, stressed representatives of Belinterexpo. The exhibition will include business events and a cultural program featuring Belarusian artists. The event will also comprise a trading show of Belarusian food and non-food goods.
The exhibition will present Belarus’ trade and economic potential, promote the strengthening of the country’s image as a producer and exporter of high-quality goods and services, enhance the recognizability of Made in Belarus brand, and also will be a platform to hold talks and establish business contacts with Georgian businessmen.
The exhibition is organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the State Science and Technology Committee, Industry Ministry, Healthcare Ministry, Education Ministry, Agriculture and Food Ministry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Belgospishcheprom, Belneftekhim, Bellegprom, Bellesbumprom, oblast executive committees, Minsk City Hall.
