MINSK, 21 March (BelTA) – The Eurasian student forum entitled Analytical Economy and Forecasting through 2030, will take place in the Belarusian State University on 12-26 May, BelTA learnt from the university.
The biggest event of the forum will be an Olympiad on analytical economy and forecasting. Invited to partake in it are students of the third-fifth year. In one of the competitions the participants will conduct a research that necessitates the knowledge of fundamental economic and mathematic disciplines.
The program of the forum will also include the international academic and research conference of young scientists, postgraduates and candidates for a master’s degree Banking Business: Current State, Global Trends and Development Prospects, competitions on financial literacy among school students and many more.
Participants will have an opportunity to take part in a roundtable session to discuss economic issues of the Eurasian Economic Union member states through 2030. A number of scientific lectures on the social and economic development of Belarus will take place as part of the forum. Lectures will be read by BSU specialists jointly with financial experts and economists of the country’s banking sector.
The forum is organized by the BSU Department of Economy. The event will be held to enhance financial literacy, discover and support creative abilities of students, popularize scientific knowledge, and also develop ties between the Belarusian State University, the economic banking sector, other economic departments of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union.
