TASHKENT, 12 September (BelTA) – Belarus plans to host Days of Uzbekistan Culture in November, Belarus’ Culture Minister Yuri Bondar told BelTA.
In his words, the program of the event has not been prepared yet. However, some preliminary agreements have already been reached.
According to Yuri Bondar, during the official visit of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko to Uzbekistan, the culture ministries of the two countries plan to sign an agreement on cooperation. The document will establish a legal framework for cooperation in the sector.
Days of Belarusian Culture in Uzbekistan were held in April 2018. The three-day event in Tashkent featured Belarusian films, a photo exhibition about Belarusian traditions and concerts.
