Belarus to deliver humanitarian aid to Syria

MINSK, 9 August (BelTA) – Belarus will provide humanitarian aid to the Syrian Arab Republic in accordance with Resolution No. 598 of the Council of Ministers of 8 August, BelTA learned from the National Center of Legal Information.

Belarus’ humanitarian assistance will include three dump trucks, baby food, clothes and children’s footwear worth a total of Br533,400.

The compensation for these tangible assets, as well as for transportation and travel costs and other expenses related with humanitarian aid delivery will be paid from the national budget allocated for natural disasters and emergency situations.
