MINSK, 4 November (BelTA) – Belarus is participating in the second USIP World Police Games Abu Dhabi 2017, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Interior Ministry.
Belarus’ 15-strong team comprises representatives of the Dinamo sports club, specialists of the Interior Ministry and special unit Almaz, the Department of Protection of the Interior Ministry, the Interior Department of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee, the Interior Department of Minsk’s Frunzensky District, and military unit No. 3032 of Belarus’ internal troops.
Six Belarusians will compete in practical shooting and five in judo. The delegation is led by Andrei Borovsky, chairman of the central committee of the Dinamo sports club.
The second USIP World Police Games Abu Dhabi will last 10 November.
