MINSK, 24 November (BelTA) – Belarusian swimmers set a number of records in the final of the ISL Budapest 2020 in Hungary, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Swimming Federation.
The competitions were held in a 25-meter pool in the Hungarian capital.
Anastasiya Shkurdai set the national record in the 100m medley clocking 57.59 to finish second. The Belarusian touched in sixth, 56.33, in the 100m butterfly.
Ilya Shimanovich renewed Belarus’ records in the 50m breaststroke (25.48), the 100m breaststroke (55.49), and the 200m breaststroke (2:02.86).
In the 4x100m medley relay the team featuring Ilya Shimanovich finished first in 3:18.28. The Belarusian clocked 55.38.
The Energy Standard club featuring Anastasiya Shkurdai and Ilya Shimanovich placed second in the team standings.
