MINSK, 6 July (BelTA) – Finalists of the national selection for Junior Eurovision 2018 have been chosen, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian State TV and Radio Company.
The audition took place in the 600 Meters Studio of the media holding on 6 July. The jury selected 10 performers who will take part in the final show of the Belarusian national selection.
The finalists include:
Artyom Skorol from Oshmyany, Grodno Oblast, with the song Smile!
Elizaveta Meya from Zhodino, Minsk Oblast, with the song Star.
Maria Gulevich from Minsk, with the song Chikarum Island.
Daniel Alex Yastremsky from Minsk, with the song Time.
Angelina Yroshchuk from Minsk, with the song Feeling Good.
Mint Band from Minsk, with the song Once Upon A Time.
Nikita Belko from Minsk, with the song Don’t Betray.
Maria Zhilina from Minsk, with the song Welcome To My Belarus.
Yaroslav Sokolikov from Minsk, with the song World Peace.
Monkey Tops Band from Minsk, with the song Trendy.
The professional jury chose 10 finalists during the audition.
The final show will be broadcast live in a format of a gala concert on Belarus 1 and Belarus 24 channels before 15 September. The winner of the national selection will represent Belarus at Junior Eurovision 2018 in Minsk on 25 November.
